This guy KS'd us for a couple mins. until we chased him off. I should have contacted their leaders, but i never did. Anyway, here he is:

I’m always try to keep in mind the bad apple concept.

When I was in Aquarious there was this guy in Whateva08 (I think)
that was using his Smegaing “F Aquarious”, and would walk around henesys with
his chalkboard saying the same thing. Determined
to do something about it I got him into a trade chat and asked him who the
guild master was. He said he was the
guild master… And had some lame story
about how Aquarius claimed a channel in the FM or what not when they were
there. Then I asked if there was any way
to make the situation right again and he basically declared that nothing can be
done to make it better.

Kind of an unusual situation cause most of the time I assume
a guild leader is someone with half a brain and the ability to reason. But who knows I guess in his case making
guild enemies was his goal.

Nice to know your unbias, How do you determan the legitmacy of a claim against an aeon member?

Generally, they try to have proof, like SS (hopefully with the chat window visible of the conversation with the accussed kser) or personal observation from a JR or others. Usually, the JRs will then discuss the matter amongst themselves to determine the legitimacy of the claim.

What about FatesFuryGPQ? I have personally been ksed by a guild member and someone this weekend was being ksed by one (and others on in the guild at that time mentioned having similar experiences with that guild).

Also, if you happen to hear of an Aeons member ksing, please talk to them in guild chat and remind them not to ks. I had a friend trying to train at hoodoos and unfortunately an Aeons guildie came in and was ksing him. I was on another char at the time, so I logged in as Venom and asked him to stop ksing and reminded him that it is against guild rules. The JR that was on reminded him of the rules and gave him a warning (as I believe is our policy), but the next time he is caught ksing, he will be expelled.

Actually we know most of our members quite well. If someone accuse of an Aeons ksing anyone, we will try to sort thing out. Last time, Justin (Ditention) asked in guild to help him get rid of some KSers in his Voodoos map. When I got there, I asked them to leave but they didnt, so I started to KS them back. After about 3 mins, they started asking me while I KSing them. I said cuz you guys KSing my member. They said it was their chan. I asked Justin about this (again) and he said he went repot and when he got back his chan was taken. I told Justin to get out cuz once you leave the map, you should expect to have it back. I turned to those ppl and sincerely apologize to all of them. That was my valuable lesson too. I should have confirm both sides throughly before Ksing them back. However in my defense, my sistor who has been KSed at Voodoos for every 10mins the whole day. And I know her well that she will never steal anybody chan and she know the general rules of MS about "owning" the map.

I share my story here to let other JRs and members know to act better next time when this KSing thing happen.

Rose that was me who was being ksed this weekend, but I smega'd it and the guild leader came in and I said well he was ksing me so she said ok ill go find him a channel. But i had to go in like 10 minutes so i told him to come back and have the channel. And the leader of there guild gave me 2mill for the channel

Oh and Kat i regret what i did. I guess i wasnt really thinking then. But i did talk to there guild leader and apologized and actually one of the ones that was helping his friend keep the map is actually one of my friends now. But now I know the rules. And yes i should have told you what happened before i asked some people to help and none of it would have happened.

And also i cant remember the exact name, but the leader of FatesFuryGpq i believe was lotusfury209. She was on a different character before but then she switched to that character.

Yeah leave the map, or go AFK for any reason it is impossable for other players to know if your being honest about returning or BSing about it to get the channel.

Ya and I will now remember the "rule of MS" cuz I love this guild and dont ever wanna be kicked or quit.

Oh and Rose i dont believe that was me who was ksing your friend. Cuz i dont remember you saying anything. But I still am only 14 so i still have more growing up to do :Smiey2: (atleast i hope i do?)
