| lol that's not even hacking.. she was able to access his account cuz she had the info, which she has obviously gotten from him. her lawyer should state that the husband had shared the info with her which makes it his fault in the first place.
It's so weird to sentence a single, secondary case with such exaggeration when the people who REALLY deserve legal punishment are the meso farmers who have pro hacking teams that mess up the whole gaming community! _____________________  |

True not hacking, but from the processing attorney's perspective you could compare the account information to a key to his house. So just because your personal relationship goes sour doesn't give you the right to key into their house and destroy there property. Saying "but she gave me the key" won't get you out of it.
I think at best she could be charged with unlawfully manipulating data requiring a loss of man hours to replace. Or a loss of cash invested in that character. It is unclear if she just killed the character of if it was deleted, but it is safe to assume that if she went as far as to only kill the character she would have done it till there was no exp left to lose.
