Im not sure if your joking about the old fart, but thats The Boss. He is the second strongest boss after your own Pinky. Unfortunately, even at level 200 low dex warriors cant hit it, making it a very difficult boss. No one in Bellocan has killed it yet. Also it pops up after you kill bodyguard A and B, so you have to fight 3 bosses without repotting/recharging/sleeping xP
