are raising the base transaction fee from 100 NX to 500 NX. However, to
encourage legitimate use of the service, we are lowering the percentage
transaction fee from 10% to 7%. What does this mean for you as a MTS
user?

We believe this change will help discourage abuse of the MTS as well as reward legitimate buyers.
Items
that were listed under "For Sale" and "Wanted" will be sold with old
transaction fee even after 7/28. Items under "Auction" and those you
"Buy Now" will be sold with new transaction fee even if the items were
on MTS before 7/28. |
This is such bull. Anyone that reads it can easily see that DUH this isnt going to reduce storage use or improve the legitimate usage of the MTS. This will only reduce the amount of nx received through the transactions, causing people to have to charge more to buy the same things or lose more nx when trading in the MTS. This is completely rediculous and is yet another ploy to get more money that has completely destroyed MapleStory. What happened to their origonal phrase of "money cannot give you an advantage over any other player"? It turned into "Charge cash, daddy needs a new Mercedes!"
