I used to enjoy Monopoly with my cousins and friends a lot (10 years ago?). It was quite popular. I recall a while ago trying to look for a pc game version of monopoly and found several ones but it was never as good as the real one.

A more recent game i enjoyed is chess when i pursached the chessmaster game a couple of years ago and went through the tutorials and drills. It was fun but never got to practice seriously.

In maplestory, omok used to occupy a lot of my time. I recall how nib i was when i discovered the game and how i gradually started to understand openings, tactics, and planning. At one point however when i realized that a perfect player can always win his openings i became less excited about it.

When I was younger my family and I enjoyed Yahtzee, Uno, and Phase 10. Though I don't really believe they qualify as 'board' games.

Now I love playing Cranium WOW and Scrabble with my friends... It's fun to confuse them with big science-y words.

Monopoly is the bestest! except for the games that just do not end

Chess is my favourite. If you count card games then Magic is my fav

I am a big fan of Monolopy and Chess.
