| Here is a really fun technique to use in customer service.
1) Angry customer approaches manager about a specific employee. Upon hearing what the customer has to say the manager screams at the employee and yells that they are fired right in front of the customer.
2) The customer ends up being shocked and perhaps a bit guilty that they got the person fired. But hey they sucked at their job anyways.
3) Afterward the manager and associate laugh and joke about little skit the pulled for the annoying customer. |

Oh they certainly would ban the GM account. It has nothing to do with disciplinary action and everything to do with security. Unless the GMs get special privileges and can change there loginID.
...wait who am i kidding of course they do. It would be easy to find out, just try to log into it. |
