Here is my experience with gifting NX. You need to get in Cash Shop and add the item you want to your Wish List. Then if a person click on your char info and see your wished item. He or She can click on the "Gift" icon. Then it will put him or her in Cash Shop. Each gift item beside the cost of NX, it also need 2 tokens to do the gift.
I did this to our new smexy guild noob. I spend 5400 NX for her hair. Can anybody gift me ? :D :D :D
