It's like standing in a crowd but feel alone, looking at everything closely yet feel so detached...like petals drifting away without a destination...like walking in a dark tunnel that never ends....
You thought you can reach out and talk to someone...but that someone wasn't there...words that you want to say but felt wrong on the lips...being an effort just waking up in the morning...and restless nights... |

| Here is how i feel about Depression:
You are down in a deep hole. Everything around you is blurry. Looking up, your family, your friends try to encourage you to get up and out of that hole. They throw the rope for you to climb up, but you dont have any energy nor care to grasp it.
Ppl taking to you, care for you....nothing is matter. You standing there....your face is numb, frozen, nothing is matter. The world is closed on you.
You dont care to eat. You dont care to shower nor brush your hair. You dont care how other feel about you. Whatever your love ones telling you, all you have in your mind is: " Whatever you dont understand me "
