After you got yourself hacked, a lot of guildies started to help you get some stuff for you, one of them was dittencion.

He gave you a new icarus cape (cos urs was "hacked") and scrolls.

Today you said in guild chat that the day you got hacked, the hacker was dropping your stuff in henesys, and you have so much luck that your F/P mage was there to get your cape back.

My point is, why did you said you lost your cape, and accepted anothe cape, if you supposedly had it in your mage???

This Simon is taking advantage of your "hacked situation", but i like to call it scamming guildies, which is more than unacceptable.

I was hacked Thursday
Dit gave me the Ic2 on Thursday
The hacker was dropping my stuff in Henesys on Friday
I grabbed my Cape on Friday...

Wow. I'm sorry but that's complete bs that someone would be expelled BEFORE they even had a chance to explain the situation/themselves. And if you're going to expel someone, they shouldn't have to ASK why they were expelled. They should definitely be informed by a Jr.

Britt is right. Simon didn't recieve anything CLOSE to a fair trial. Now, I understand that you were acting on a "better safe than sorry" policy, but I think that he AT LEAST deserved an explanation and a chance to explain himself BEFORE being removed.

We expelled kevin (kevinmage123), for a similar reason (he tried to scam the guild also). So i don't see why we shouldn't have expelled you.

You know Tom, even though I wasn't really on on Friday, SIMON COULD HAVE GOTTEN HIS CAPE WHEN DIT WASN'T ON! He could've HAD TO GO AND NOT BE ABLE TO GIVE THE CAPE! I'm not siding with any of you I'm just making a point! DON'T ASSUME THINGS WITHOUT KNOWING EVERY FREAKING DETAIL!

I still didn't get it back and he was selling it...

I obviously don't want it know, but i think that if you lose something that doesn't belong to you, you have to do everything you can to retrieve those items, but Simon didn't.

I think this needs to be explained to all the members 'cuz I can see some animosity towards the JRs about this...First of all Alex, this has happened before, a number of times actually...therefore your JRs are not completely incompetent and just assuming bunch of asses...we've been keeping an eye on this situation from the first time it happened...so don't think we don't know the DETAILS BECAUSE WE DO (MOST OF US ANYWAYS)

I'm only writing this because it needs to be done....

If anyone needs an explanation about Hacking please read Jeremy's post regarding "HACKING" don't ask which section 'cuz I can't remember...

First of all...This has happened number of times already...I'm sorry but I'm just following the pattern here...everytime you say that you were "hacked" for some strange reason you manage to get your items back...o.O First time okay...2nd or 3rd time?!?! I'm sorry but it's not that easy to hack anyone's account...(again go and read the post regarding "Hacking") So before any members get annoyed with Tom or any other JRs please ask your JRs about it. First of all we would never just expell anyone for absolutely no reason...2nd this was done for all the members, WE DON'T LIKE TO SEE MEMBERS TAKEN ADVANTAGE...this has been discussed thoroughly and "mostly" all the JRs agree on this...

The hacker dropped his items in Hen in another day and Simon was on by another char and picked them up. That more than 24 hours apart.

BTW, how Simon knows all the persons who hacked him? YESH he can name all the persons who hacked his account. 3 times in all.

The Bone helm I got was something I found after X-Mas for 4m beside my shop
(And I forgot bout your bone helm)
