THANK YOU KAT...I got 15 names and 13 SS of hackers at spiders on Saturday (when I was trying to lvl before the Zrun on Sunday).
Since it took me until 30 minutes before the Zrun to lvl (THANK YOU ROB AND CHINNY!!! :D), I never got the chance to send them to Nx.
I will try to do it tonight after work.
As for expelling....just from what I have seen happen in the past (and I am sure Dani will agree with me here), I think there should be some sort of evidence first, then the JRs should approach the suspected person and discuss the situation (I believe there should be at least half of the JRs involved with discussion before they talk to the accused person).
I would hope that more than 2 or 3 JRs would be there for the discussion too. This way, majority of the JRs are aware of the situation and should be able to come to a unbiased decision based on the circumstances.
This way, when the JRs expel someone for hacking, they would not have to explain themselves, to the guild, or to other JRs. The evidence would speak for itself and the JRs would have gotten the story from both sides.
Now as a side note, the JRs may also want to have the person that provided the evidence at the meeting with the accused or make sure the person is available for joining them, in case there is debate to the evidence.
