MTS Live? Mesos Dead?

The 0.53-patch-notice barely came out when reactions started to flood!

The new Maple Trading System (MTS) is now live. That is you can sell your items for nexon cash and in turn buy cash shop items... so eventually mesos for nx! Awesome? Sounds so, but not everyone thinks it is.

I've seen people complaining about mesos losing too much value as the maple economy is directed more towards nx. For example, instead of buying a godly 18-ATT stormcasters for 300m, people will rather buy it for a few tens of bucks. or not? We'll see about that as we experience the aftermath of this patch.

Anyhow, I salut the game developers for such ingenious methods in making real money out of mere pixels. Wicked LOL.

And I wish they can put a travel lady from NLC to Zip. Why they have a travel person in Amoria but not NLC? Who really use the one in Amoria ?

Trading system look complicated to me. I cant wait to see how it work in game.

At the end of the patch and before the unscheduled server check, the Trading System worked fine and I experimented with it a bit while people started to put auctions and items... looks interesting... but then everything in the game started messing up as more people logged in.. hence the server check...

Eh...it passed that time already. Look like they need another extension again. Just hope this will be short and last one.

Hope everyone remembers what lvl and exp % they were before this 'patch'; hate for there to be another 'rollback' due to unexpected results from the patch!
(Log on to see: *TheBilbo ~ lvl 97 @ 34.62%* now wouldn't that be a shame) :D

HA!! Becky just uttered her deepest desires: seeing me back to 97 which will still be higher than 84

OMG I was about to mention about the possible Roll-Back. Roll-Back is fun. I love Nexon.

Many people were reporting missing nx. I even lost some maple points i had too. I think there's a high chance for a roll-back especially with people losing their nx or maple points unless they resolve that elsewise.


Edit #6: The server check has been extended for 2 hour and 15 minutes. It will now conclude at 1:30 pm (PDT) (9:30pm GMT) We apologize for the inconvenience (deja vu?)

Looks like they really messed up this time!

If I get a roll back, I'm gonna be mighty upset. If the rollback is only from last night, right before the Patch, it won't be that bad. But if it's from three or four days ago, I'm gonna be total ticked off.
